How to Transact
How to Top Up
- Choose the denomination you want
- Choose a payment method and complete the payment.
- Click on the Activation URL, and make sure you have installed the Grab app and are logged in.
- Click ‘Pick Your Gift’, then proceed with saving the voucher to your My Rewards page.
- Choose a service and pick a gift breakdown you prefer (if applicable).
- The voucher has been redeemed. Click ‘View My Rewards’.
- Go through the booking steps and click "Offer" to use your voucher.
Terms & Conditions
- This e-voucher is applicable to your selected option in Malaysia only.
- The e-voucher cannot be applied to the Platform Fee or Small Order Fee.
- The e-voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind.
